We suggest that you wash your hair with Nizoral® Shampoo twice weekly, then, when your hair and scalp are completely dry, apply 1ml of Minoxidil*. Then apply another 1ml of Minoxidil 12 hours later, though you might choose to use Nizoral® Shampoo in the evening rather than in the morning.
